Higher Taste, Oregon’s premiere fresh natural foods company has recently entered the national market with a brand new selection of delectable half-pound artisan burritos. Crafted by Chef Hans Wrobel, a renowned pioneer in the vegan and vegetarian food industry, Higher Taste’s newest burritos are the very first offering from the family owned company created specifically for the frozen food section. Everything is prepared fresh at their newly designed 17,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Cornelius, Oregon. “By using our special small batch cooking method we’re able to produce the same artisan quality and gourmet flavor our fresh refrigerated foods provide, but on a sustainable nationwide scale,” says co-founder Rhonda Wrobel.
“Our burritos are made from the finest locally-sourced ingredients and combined to perfection... savory slow cooked pinto beans, oven roasted potatoes and tofu, sautéed vegetables, steamed rice, seasoned soy curls, and zesty, melty vegan & veg cheese all wrapped up in fresh, fluffy wheat tortillas," remarked Hans. His five latest creations are: the Vegan Breakfast Burrito, Vegan Fiesta Fajita Burrito, Vegan Bean & Cheese, Breakfast Wrap, and the original Bean & Cheese Burrito.
